SCQ

Church in Muxia

SCQ is the name of the new hostel. It’s much nicer although further from the bus station. The hostel last night had no windows. It was very busy and claustrophobic.

This hostel has lovely big windows a large eating and cooking area and fewer people. Tomorrow I will walk 1km into the old town to look around a bit more, buy some groceries and maybe have lunch.

If the walk is OK. I’ll stay here another night and then try to be closer to the bus station for the last night.

It’s Sunday and everything is closed in Spain except the churches and a few fancy restaurants. I managed to find some olive oil, a quarter bag of pasta, butter and a little cheese in the Albergue where I am staying.

Since I had left a half bag of pasta and a full bottle of olive oil at another Albergue, I reasoned that I was entitled to what I found and made myself a little pasta for dinner. It was simple but tasty. I also found half a chocolate bar in my backpack so I will have dessert later.

I’m just taking it easy, while I wait to fly home. Buen Camino
