This is an amazing collection of essays written by women about walking. Each piece is beautifully crafted by a published author and each story is strikingly different.
Personal accounts of a walk on a bucolic English path to the struggles of an author lamed by polio, are interspersed with testaments of political exploitation and ancient cultural abuses.
Walking has never seemed so literary, so creative. I think I have to walk a poem. Thank you Kerri Andrew’s for this unique anthology.
