Part coffee table keepsake and part detailed anthology of most, if not all, of the world’s most amazing walks. Glossy pages and full colour pictures make this book a walk in itself. The most iconic and rewarding walks have detailed descriptions plus mileage, difficulty and “tips.” Some lesser but still treasured paths have a small inset – one such inset is the Bruce Trail.
I realized that I have done 5 of the walks listed. One was my various Caminos and another was subtitled The World’s Most Dangerous Walk – El Caminito Del Rey.
I also made a list of 15 or so walks that I would like to do. Most are in Europe with one in Canada. Wish me luck. And please give me a synonym for the word “most.” 😊
