It always happens, doesn’t it. Just when you feel you are on a roll, the stars are aligned and you are making progress, or at the very least enjoying yourself, the “Gremlins of Self-Destruction” decide to have a field day! I’ve developed Plantar Fasciitis. It’s a very common foot ailment, which you CANNOT walk through.
